Steven M. Brettell

Sr. Vice President

Steve founded Premier Real Estate Associates, a Kansas City based commercial real estate company, in 1998. Steve began his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group, a Kansas City based real estate brokerage and management company, in 1989 as a Marketing Representative and served as its Senior Vice President.

Steve has been a member of the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club since 1989 and has been active with numerous other real estate organizations throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. Steve is a life member of the Missouri Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club and earned the Grubb & Ellis “Circle of Excellence” award in 1998 and 1999. The Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors selected Steve as a recipient of a “Top 3 Office Broker” award in 2000.

With a sixteen-year history in office building development, leasing, investment sales, multi-family development and sales involving both institutional and private investors, Steve has been recognized numerous times by the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors as one of the top ten real estate brokers in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Steve has successfully negotiated in excess of 500 development, lease and investment transactions, totaling over 5.5 million square feet, including office, multi-family and industrial development and leasing, and building and land sales.

Steve graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in personal administration, business and economics. Steve serves on the Board of Directors of numerous real estate development and holding companies, Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Company, Hartman Heritage Center Community Improvement District, is a past board member of the Kansas City International Airport/I-29 Community Improvement District and is actively involved in the Kansas City, Missouri “Downtown Council”. Steve is a Kansas City native with extended travel experience both domestically and internationally. Steve supports numerous social and charitable organizations.

Lisa Sola

Vice President-Marketing

Lisa joined Premier Real Estate Associates in 2002 as Vice President-Marketing, bringing with her many years of real estate management and sales expertise.

Prior to joining Premier, she accrued over twenty years of diversified business experience with special emphasis in sales, marketing and corporate operations management, including over ten years with a Fortune 500 company as a top-producing senior sales director assuming a management position within her first year. Having built her sales force from ground level and successfully penetrating a new geographic market, she was responsible for the training and oversight of hundreds of consultants throughout the nation; and was consistently recognized for achieving annual production that ranked in the top 1% of the company. Lisa’s expertise also includes working directly alongside the President and executive team of a billion dollar retail banking organization. Working in collaboration with a private developer for over fifteen years, Lisa assisted in the management and operations of a multi-million industrial real estate investment company.

Diane Davis

Sr. Property Manager

Diane joined Premier Real Estate Associates in 2004. Prior to joining Premier, Diane was a Sr. Property Manager with Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group for over 11 years; where she managed both office and retail properties. Diane began her career in 1984 with a national real estate firm in Kansas City which dealt with commercial and multi-family real estate.

As a Sr. Property Manager, Diane has extensive knowledge of tenant relations, budget implementation, tenant finish construction supervision, renovations, rent collection, inspections, and detailed monthly reporting.

Diane is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Robin Jackson

Director of Finance

Robin joined Premier Real Estate Associates in 2004 as Director of Finance. Robin has over 15 years of experience in various accounting and finance aspects including public accounting, private accounting, construction accounting, governmental accounting, and auditing.

Robin graduated from Avila University with a Masters degree in Business Administration, majoring in finance. Robin graduated from Widener University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. She is currently working on her CPA certification.

Robin is President of Tower Homes Association, a member of the Advisory Board, Cleaver Family YMCA, and past Treasurer, Holliday Montessori PTA. In addition to being named recipient of the 2003 COMBAT Mother of the Year in Kansas City Missouri, Robin has earned numerous resolutions from the State of Missouri and City of Kansas City Missouri for her efforts in urban neighborhood revitalization.
